BOXING 101- Whether you're a total newbie or a seasoned vet, you're never too good to practice the basics.
SPARRING- Gear up and get ready for full contact boxing! 16 oz gloves, headgear, mouthpiece and groin protector required.

Why We're Different
After retiring from their extensive careers in boxing, our fearless leaders (husband and wife duo) were eager to share their passion for boxing with others. RBA became that outlet.
We've been through the worst of fight gyms:

We had to be different. We had to make this an environment where our community members could grow with self confidence. From a stay at home mom to a professional boxer, you'll feel at home here.

THE STUDIO
We have a 2000 square foot facility with heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags and specialty bags. We have free weights and squat racks and all your conditioning tools to become the beast that is hiding inside!
